The WALK WITH ONE initiative is your opportunity to be God's instrument in the life of someone you know and love -- throughout the YEAR OF MISSION AND BEYOND."
In the Scriptures, we hear over and over how Jesus invited people one by one to follow him. He also invites us to follow him more deeply and, just like him, to “walk with one” person to a new or renewed experience of God’s love.
Evangelizing, or “bringing the Good News,” typically happens in one-on-one moments that are not planned or scripted. This can happen at the grocery store, the bus stop, or a sporting event. As Pope Francis has noted, “Anyone who has truly experienced God’s saving love does not need much time or lengthy training to go out and proclaim that love.” (Evangelii Gaudium, no. 120).
You might be asking yourself: where do I start with inviting someone to take a step closer to Jesus? How might I invite them forward in their faith?
1. Identify someone in a spirit of humility.
2. Intercede for them in communion with the Holy Spirit.
3. Connect in Eucharistic Friendship
4. Invite that person on a path most suitable for him or her
Jesus wants to Encounter You Again & Again
Do you remember when you first encountered Jesus in the Eucharist? It may not be the first time you went to Mass or your First Communion, although those were certainly important moments. Think back to the first time Jesus reached out and touched your heart in a way that felt personal. The day you realized that your Lord was really present in the host before you, and something in you changed.
Encounter with Jesus is not just the starting point of our active spiritual lives but also a deep well of refreshment along the journey. When we adore and receive Jesus given for us on the altar, we are empowered to give of ourselves for others. These regular, profound encounters are the heartbeat of relationship with Jesus, and this relationship strengthens us to be more authentic and powerful witnesses to his love.
How will you deepen your personal relationship with Jesus this year?
It's NOT Over!
The mission happens when those of us who have been touched by the Eucharistic Revival, decide to take up Jesus' call to share it. In this third year of the Revival, we must take this message and experience of love outside the walls of the Church, to those who need it most. I hope that many of us in the Diocese of Crookston will join the call to help evangelize through our "Walk with One" initiative, and consider becoming Eucharistic Missionaries.
80,000 Catholics will gather at the feet of Jesus in Indianapolis, boldly anticipating a new Pentecost. The people of God will come from every corner and every parish in our nation to bring the holy fire back to their local community. Your life—and our Church—will never be the same.

Prayer for the Eucharistic Revival
Lord Jesus, you give us your flesh & blood for the life of the world, and you desire that all people come to the Supper of the Sacrifice of the Lamb. Renew in your Church the truth, beauty, and goodness contained in the Most Blessed Eucharist.
Jesus living in the Eucharist, come and live in me. Jesus healing in the Eucharist come and heal me. Jesus sacrificing yourself in the Eucharist, come and suffer in me. Jesus rising in the Eucharist, come and rise to new life in me. Jesus loving in the Eucharist, come and love in me.
Lord Jesus Christ, through the paschal mystery of your death resurrection made present in every Holy Mass, pour out your healing love on your Church and on our world. Grant that as wee lift you up during this time of the Eucharistic Revival, your Holy Spirit may draw people to join us at this Banquet of Life. You live and reign with the Father and the Holy Spirit, God forever and ever.

Marian Route from the North
Departing from the headwaters of the Mississippi, the northern arm of the Pilgrimage will descend through the midwestern United States, pass through Wisconsin and Illinois, and meet up with the other three Pilgrimage routes in Indianapolis at the 10th National Eucharistic Congress.
About the Intercessor- the Marian route is named for its visit to the National Shrine of Our Lady of Champion -- formerly Our Lady of Good Help -- the first and only approved Marian Appariation site in the United States. This is fitting, because the very first Eucharistic Pilgrimage was made by our Blessed Mother who traveled with the Body of Christ growing in her womb. Just as Mary followed Jesus perfectly throughout his earthly life, pilgrims will journey closely with Our Lord from May 2024 to July 2024. Mother of the Incarnation, Pray for Us!
